With SmartAVI's DVX-200 users can extend DVI-D video up to 225 feet using an inexpensive Cat6 cable. The DVX-200 is a transmitter/ receiver set. The DVI-D signal is sent from the transmitter unit to the receiver unit via a Cat6 23AWG STP cable. The DVX-200's receiver will then convert the signal back to DVI-D keeping the original quality of the image or video. The video output is crystal clear without any loss whatsoever.
