The Extension Post can be used to convert and Flex Stand Base Model to a Tier Model for use in building a second or third monitor tier.The DS-EXTP replaces the standard base and is compatible with these Flex Stand Models: DS-130STA DS-219STA DS-219STB DS-224STA DS-319STA DS-424STA.For a more secure installation on taller stands we recommend these additional Base Options: DS-CLMP1 & DS-CLMP2 Desk Top Clamps and the DS-GRMT Grommet Base Desk Mount.
